Ten channels, your own balance
Restful lets you shape a sleep soundscape on iPhone or iPad, with a separate volume control for every channel. It is part of the released App, not a web-only demo.
Choose from ocean, stream, rain, thunder, wind, campfire, crickets, singing bowl, cafe and white noise. Raise one sound, lower another, or leave a channel silent; the App remembers your mix for next time.

How it works
Make a mix in the App
Open sleep sounds
Choose the mixer rather than a full-length nature or city track. The ten named channels are available together, not as separate subscriptions.
Set each level
Move the slider for each channel independently. For example, keep rain prominent and thunder quiet. The mixer remembers your last balance.
Set the audio timer
Choose 10, 15, 20, or 30 minutes if you want playback to stop automatically. These are sound timer options, not the length of a nap or an overnight recording.

In the App, each of ten channels has its own volume slider. Audio plays only when you choose it; the web page never requests microphone access.

What the sound controls do
The mixer works as listening audio. You do not need a wearable, an account, or a nightly chart to use the sound controls.
The App also has four full-length nature tracks and four night-city ambiences. The ten mixer channels are a separate set of adjustable elements.
The sounds are part of the App; this website does not play them.
Limits
What to know before you start
- The audio timer is limited to 10, 15, 20, or 30 minutes; do not treat it as an unlimited overnight sound promise.
- This page has no audio previews. The sounds play inside the App on iPhone and iPad.
- If you also start an overnight microphone session, the App’s own sounds can be heard by its microphone and influence the relative night-sound chart.
