Restful vs Pillow

Pillow’s listing describes sleep estimates, heart-rate analysis and Apple Health integration, including an automatic Apple Watch workflow and manual modes. Restful does a different job: sound mixing and timed naps. Using Restful without a wearable does not reproduce Pillow’s analysis.

Facts about Pillow were read from its US App Store listing on 25 September 2026. Apps change; the live listing is the authority.

Which one should you actually buy

Choose Pillow

Consider Pillow if Apple Watch integration, Health comparisons or its developer-described analysis features are what you want. Check device requirements and premium access for the specific workflow; this page does not validate sleep estimates.

Choose Restful

Consider Restful for sounds and a nap timer, not as a wearable-free sleep detector. Its iOS 13.0 support and current purchase model may matter if those sound and timer features already meet your needs.
